Step 3.
Check if power cable from uninterruptible power supply (UPS) is plugged in.
If power cable is plugged in go to step 4, otherwise plug it in.
Step 4.
Using VOM, check Vac input to UPS.
If Vac is present refer to manual and troubleshoot UPS, otherwise troubleshoot facility power distribution
circuit.
Step 5.
Check to see if multiple outlet strip is plugged in or turned on.
If multiple outlet strip is on go to step 6, otherwise plug in or turn on multiple outlet strip.
Step 6.
Using VOM, check multiple outlet strip for 120 Vac.
If 120 Vac is present notify your supervisor that the computer, monitor, and printer require
troubleshooting, otherwise replace multiple outlet strip.
