To prepare the Tester for use; proceed as follows:
a.
Place Tester on bench or platform where a source of DC or AC power are available.
b.
Look through window item number (1) of the rear panel of Tester and observe oil level in reservoir.
Oil level must be within maximum and minimum limits indicated on oil reservoir body. If oil level is
low, fill reservoir in accordance with procedure given in para. 3-9.
