Install filter (3) into retainer.

4.6.14.1 Removal.
WARNING
Do not remove Communications CCA with 120 Vac power on. Always work with
another person nearby who is familiar with hazards of electronic equipment and is
competent in administering first aid. Failure to obey this warning could result in
death or injury.

Connect a wrist ground strap between your wrist and ground.
