Door Latch Assembly (cont).
(7) Place o-ring (15) on outside handle shaft (8).
(8) Insert door handle shaft (8) through handle shaft sleeve (17).
(9) Insert latch arm (10) onto door handle shaft (8) and secure with spring pin (9).
(10) Place inside handle (7) onto door shaft and secure with spring pin (6).
(11) Align holes on latch rod assemblies (4 and 5) with hole on latch arm (10) and
insert pin (3) Place washer (2) onto the pin (3) and secure with spring pin (1).
(12) Apply a continuous bead of sealer mound head of bolts (26) and periphery of
escutcheon plate (30).

Repair. Repair of the door latch consists of replacing defective parts.
